You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return via our Returns Portal.
After initiating the return, you must ship the item within 7 days.
Returns initiated or shipped outside these timeframes may be refused.

UK orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays), are dispatched the same day.
US orders are now shipped from our US warehouse, with the same 2:00 PM cut-off (EST) for same-day dispatch.
International orders, placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) will be dispatched same day, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after the cut-off times will be dispatched the following business day.
