Exchange Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• All items must be in their original condition, including:
• Original packaging (if possible).
• No signs of wear, washing, stains, marks, or odours.
• Tags intact and undamaged.
Returns Process
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Important Notes
• If the requested exchange item is out of stock or a item or different order value, we will issue a gift card for the value of your order, valid for two years.
• Exchanges may be refused if the above conditions are not met.
When will my order be shipped?
UK - In-stock items placed by 4pm Monday - Friday will be shipped same day.
International - In-stock items placed by 12pm Monday - Friday will be shipped same day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
