All orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays), are dispatched the same day.
For Express International orders, please ensure your order is placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) to qualify for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after the cut-off times will be dispatched the following business day.

CUSTOMS FEES
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the delivery of your order. Any customs-related issues must be resolved directly with your local courier or customs office.
REFUSED DELIVERY
If a parcel is refused at delivery or marked “Return to Sender” due to refusal or failure to pay customs (for international orders), a Refused Delivery Fee will be applied before any refund is issued. This is in addition to our standard £6 restocking fee.
• UK Orders: A £6 Refused Delivery Fee will be deducted.
• International Orders: A Refused Delivery Fee of £12 will be deducted
These fees help cover the return shipping and handling costs incurred when a delivery is refused or sent back to us. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.
No replacement or reshipment will be made in these cases — only a refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
On occasion, delivery times may exceed the standard shipping estimates provided. External factors such as international customs processing or public holidays can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.
If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
When your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.
