RETURNS POLICY
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return via our Returns Portal.
Returns requested outside this window may be refused.
Return Options
1. Refund

A £6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
2. Store Credit

Receive the full value of your returned item(s) as store credit.

An additional 10% bonus will be applied to your credit.

Credit will be issued as a digital gift card and is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free from stains, odours, makeup, or signs of wear

Tags attached and returned in original packaging (where possible)
Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Lucky Dip items

Any item marked as “final sale” in the product description
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service.

Processing Time
Once your return has been delivered to our returns facility, please allow up to 21 days for it to be inspected and processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund or store credit has been issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@ceocollection.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
